This is a popular service where clients want us to review a tender before they appoint a contractor. As part of this role we evaluate not only the costs against market rates but we also evaluate the design, specification and proposed contract. This increases the level of cost certainty. We can even help you develop the tender with the preferred contract.

We initially undertook the building survey for this client which then led to project managing their fit out works. Having already selected a contractor, we worked with Progressive TSL to develop the initial tender submission into a suitable set of documents for appointment. We did this through increasing clarity and detail in the specification, addressing gaps in the design and reducing costs to achieve the target budget. On top of this the contract was negotiated to provide better client orientated terms. The project had its challenges which highlighted the benefit in having improved contract terms. The final office looks great and provides excellent space for a growing business.
